夏宅进行曲: 交钥匙

We met up with the seller on 10 Aug, Tuesday, it was the handover date. We were very excited. Overall the house condition was not too bad. Just abit wear and tear. Some of the wiring cable was on install on wall surface by using bracket.
We planned to do renovate the car porch area by:
laying homogeneous tiles,
change the main gate to wider gate,
re-paint the whole house (exterior & interior),
conceal the electrical wiring,
add awning at backyard,
contruct the perimeter wall at backyad.
Our budget is contrain. Still onsidering whether want to add shower screen in master bathroom or not.
