I'm sick on th past Monday. so we have porridge as dinner. but suddenly thought of wana clear stock of chicken meat in my fridge. so decided to cook teriyaki chicken as side dish.
i bought the teriyaki sauce from Shojikiya, RM12.90.
but after i have done some survey, Jusco is actually selling it cheaper.


ingredient: boneless chicken, teriyaki sauce
cooking method is so easy:
1. just marinate the chicken for at least 1 hours. if you want it to be more tasty, marinate it overnight and kept in fridge.
2. fry in those black pan with 文火. meaning the fire is just medium and lesser.

ok, i know that i've use wrong chicken part because it should be BONELESS, so you won't need to wait for so long to fry. the method here is same like how you grill your BBQ chicken.
i give it 60%. next time should try again :)
